The Service is intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and self-discovery purposes only. Readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological counsel.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Mystikara offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to a premium plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, card artwork, character designs, audio, and software—are owned by Mystikara and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Tarot readings are generated by AI for entertainment and personal reflection purposes and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystikara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mystikara operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
